Side effects of ecosprin 75 tablets are :
- Indigestion
- Increased propensity for bleeding
- hives (spontaneous rise in histamine levels in response to some external stimuli or trigger), runny nose
- Breathing difficulty.
Managing Side effects
- Taking the food along with the medicine will reduce indigestion and stomach aches.
- Avoid the triggers which are known to manage hives.
- Immediately contact the health care practitioner in case of unusual bleeding instance in the body. Also, skin reactions such as rashes, blisters, and peeling of the skin, along with joint pains and high fever
- In case of Skin rash, swelling of lips, face and body. If you have difficulty swallowing, contact the doctor immediately.
Precautions
PREGNANCY
The ecosprin 75 tablet in pregnancy should be avoided during the last trimester. If consumed during this time, NSAIDs like Ecosprin 75 tablets will lead to the closure of the foetal ductus arteriosus. Ecosprin 75 tablets during the pregnancy period will disturb the homeostasis mechanisms of mothers and neonates. Decreased birth weight and perinatal mortality.
BREASTFEEDING
The possibility of serious adverse effects with ecosprin is the reason to avoid it in lactating women.
ALCOHOL
It can interfere with the drug-release properties of ecosprin 75.
LIVER
Ecosprin 75 should be avoided in people with liver impairment or insufficiency issues.
KIDNEY
The ecosprin 75 should be avoided in patients with severe renal failure. Especially when the glomerular filtration rate is less than 10 ml/ minute.
USING MACHINES AND DRIVING
The medicine does not affect the ability to operate machines and drive abilities.
ALLERGY
Severe allergic reactions like sudden wheezing, swelling of lips, body, rash, and difficulty in swallowing are caused by allergies due to Ecosprin 75. Immediately stop the medication. Ecosprin 75 may also lead to allergies in patients sensitive to salicylates and other NSAID’s.
USE IN CHILDREN
Safety and effectiveness in the paediatric population are yet to be established.
USE IN OLDER PATIENTS
The elderly and younger populations do not show any difference in the safety and effectiveness of the medicine.No other clinical observations were also not found in the elderly population.
