Domi 5mg Tablet is used to treat indigestion, gastric reflux illness, nausea, and vomiting. It promotes food passage through the stomach and intestines, which reduces bloating, fullness, and gastric discomfort. Domi 5mg Tablet is best given half an hour before each meal. It will still work if given after meals, although the medicine's absorption may be hampered. The doctor may recommend giving it four times a day to small babies. Between doses, wait at least 4 hours and give each dosage right before a milk feed. Doses are usually adjusted based on your child's health, weight, and age. Never take more than the recommended amount of time without first visiting your doctor. If your kid vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, give the same amount again once he or she has calmed down, but do not double the dose if the next dose is due.
