Macphylline SR 200 Tablet is a medicine that is used to treat and prevent asthma and COPD symptoms (a lung disorder in which flow of air to the lung is blocked). It aids in the relaxation of the muscles that widen the airways, making breathing easier.  Macphylline SR 200 Tablet should be consumed after a meal. However, for most effectiveness, take it at the same time every day. What you take it for determines the dose and frequency of administration. Your doctor will determine the extent to which your symptoms must be improved. This medicine hould be taken for the entire time that it has been recommended for you. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember or skip it and return to your regular dosing schedule. It does not work right away or prevent breathing problems from starting, so have your medical inhaler with you at all times in case of an emergency.
