Montemac Fx 10/120 MG Tablet 10

Montemac-FX Tablet is considered safe and effective when guided by a doctor. However, some people may experience mild to severe side effects from the Montemac-FX Tablet. Those having a medical history of an allergic reaction or liver and kidney disease must be cautious before taking Montemac-FX Tablet. The Montemac-FX Tablet side effects include:

• Headache
• Dizziness
• Diarrhoea
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Tiredness

Managing the Side effects

• Headache: Apply a cold or warm compress on your forehead to quickly relieve the headache. Rest in a quiet and dark room till you feel better.
• Dizziness: Get up slowly from a sitting or lying position. Avoid sudden movements and take your time to adjust. If dizziness persists, it's best to consult your doctor.
• Diarrhoea: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids to replace lost electrolytes. Consuming bland, easy-to-digest foods such as bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet) may help. 
• Nausea and Vomiting: Try eating small, frequent meals and avoid consuming large amounts of food at once. Also, have ginger tea or ginger candies to alleviate nausea. 
• Tiredness: Ensure you get enough rest and practice good sleep hygiene. Establishing a regular sleep schedule and creating a relaxing environment before bedtime can be helpful. 

Precautions

PREGNANCY

Montemac-FX Tablets should be used with caution in pregnant women. There is limited information available on the safety of Montemac-FX Tablets in pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant women should use Montemac-FX Tablet under the supervision of a healthcare provider. Your healthcare provider may also recommend alternative medications or safer treatment options during pregnancy.

BREASTFEEDING

Montemac-FX Tablets should be used with caution in breastfeeding women. There is limited information available on the safety of Montemac-FX Tablets during breastfeeding. Your doctor will only recommend Montemac-FX Tablet if the benefits outweigh the risks.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol can cause drowsiness or impaired judgement. Additionally, alcohol can worsen some side effects of nausea, vomiting, and tiredness due to Montemac-FX Tablets. It is recommended to avoid alcohol while taking Montemac-FX Tablets.

LIVER

KIDNEY

USING MACHINES AND DRIVING

Montemac-FX Tablets may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or impaired judgement in some individuals. Therefore, operating machinery or driving a vehicle is not recommended until the effects of Montemac-FX Tablets wear off. 

ALLERGY

Allergic reactions due to the Montemac-FX Tablets are rare. But, if you are allergic to Fexofenadine or Montelukast, you should not take Montemac-FX Tablets. 

USE IN CHILDREN

Montemac-FX Tablet is not intended for children under 12 years of age. If your child is older than 12, consult your doctor for the dosage before giving Montemac-FX Tablet.

USE IN OLDER PATIENTS 

Older patients may require a lower dose than younger adults. Additionally, older patients may have other health conditions and may be taking medications that can interact with Montemac-FX Tablet.
