OB Cal Tablet contains Calcium Citrate, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Magnesium, and Zinc. Calcium citrate is a medication that is used to prevent or cure low blood calcium levels in persons who do not acquire enough calcium from their diet. Calcium citrate is necessary for bone formation and development.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) aids calcium absorption in the bloodstream. Vitamin D3 aids in the body's metabolism of important minerals such as calcium and phosphorus. Bone thinning, bone discomfort and skin problems are all caused by a lack of Vitamin D3.
