• Remove the nozzle before releasing the pressure on the bottle. Repeat for the other nostril. 
• Clean and dry the nozzle after each use. 
• For adults and children over 12 years, use 1 spray per nostril, up to 2 times a day, with at least 8 hours between doses. 
• Do not exceed 2 applications per nostril daily, and avoid using it for more than 10 consecutive days.
