Cilamet XL 10/25 Tablet ER is an antihypertensive medicine (high blood pressure). When a single medicine is not enough to manage blood pressure, a combination of two medicines is used. Cilamet XL 10/25 Tablet ER can be taken with or without meals at any time of day, although it is preferable to take it at the same time each day.
