Pernex AC 5% Gel can be used on its own or in combination with other acne treatments. It should be used according to your doctor's instructions. To get the most out of this medicine, follow the directions in the product leaflet. Before applying the medicine, make sure the affected area is clean and dry. It's often taken once or twice per day. It should not be applied to damaged or broken skin, and it should be kept away from your mouth, eyes, and nose. It may take several weeks for your symptoms to improve; however, you should continue to use it as directed.
